Blissful sloth

For the first two days of "off school", I sat and did absolutely, gloriously nothing. Nothing is due. I do not have to go to school. I did my best not to even leave the house.
Today, I got up and did the laundry, cleaned my room, cleaned the kitchen, scheduled a bike fit, rode my bike, and wrote my annual training plan. And yeah, that was still rest, because there was no school involved, and it was fun.
What is rest, and what is not?
