O Ya. Oatmeal pancakes.

rstapleton... oatmeal pancakes, reproduced here because, OMG, pancakes I can actually eat:
6 egg whites
1 c milk
1 tbsp veg. oil
1 tsp baking powder
2 c regular rolled oats
Add to blender in that order, mix until smooth. Cook on heated grill until dry on sides, and flip when golden.
