It's art, no it's a knee, no it's art
Oct. 12th, 2004 05:37 pmtoday's lab:
1) Palpate this long list of landmarks of the knee. (Patella, patellar tendon, patellar fatpad, femoral condyles, pes anserine bursa, tibial plateaus, gastrocnemius attachment, IT band attachment to fibula, fibular head, popliteal fossa. In other words, "Knee stuff".
2) Use a marker pen to label these landmarks on your partner. (My knee has pink decorations on it. Some of the more artistic members of the class really went to town with this one. Because we were working in threes, my lab partner has a pink-decorated knee and a black-decorated knee. ;-)
3) Everyone get your knees checked over (and, when done, get a checkmark on your knee signifying that your partner is done).
