randomly searched LJs

For entertainment, I like to search for and read random LiveJournals. Some are inspired. Some are artistic. Some are clearly written for a narrow audience filled with teenage angst. Some are in Russian, and thus unreadable to me.

To try it, choose search.... random.

In any case, I found one that I liked. Can anyone tell me how this user managed to add a background photo that her journal entries scroll over?
