Jan. 25th, 2006 05:54 pmI am not doing what I ought to be doing (that is, studying). I am cooking. I do not give a rat's (censored) about that. Someday, my rebellious streak will probably lead me to step confidently in front of an oncoming bus, but today-- today, it leads me to cook food that takes more than thirty minutes to prepare.

... and there's a pork tenderloin lurking in my fridge, waiting to have chopped up sweet potatoes, onions, carrots, thyme, and rosemary added to it, and for the whole assemblage to be roasted. Perhaps I will serve it over a wild rice blend. (That doesn't count as a new recipe; I already made it once. ;-)
