50 new recipes: Warm chocolate souffle

ninevirtues(Warm, lowfat chocolate souffles in individual ramekins. From a random light cooking magazine picked up at a checkstand. (Not "Cooking Light", but "Light cooking" or some similar knockoff).
Reactions:
1) Mmmm, light and airy and veeeeeery chocolate. Not bad. Definitely a keeper recipe.
2) No, you really need ground almonds. Almonds you chop up as finely as possible don't do it.

rstapleton's house, perhaps he needs to own a mixer.
(I can't commit to 100 new recipes. 50, though, that I can do. And I made a souffle!)
