Neon bar sign!

ninevirtuesI helped clean out the old bike shop preparatory to its move to new digs, and I am now the proud possessor of a neon sign with the specialized logo that says, unsurprisingly, "SPECIALIZED".
I have a specialized mountain bike. I'm very happy with it and I think the sign is cool.
The red S logo and the "SPECIALIZED" should light up when I plug it in, but only SPECIALIZED lights up, and it flickers on and off in a distracting and clearly broken way. Where can I get this thing repaired... anyone out there know?
